I am a western boy with no one state that I call home. I was born in Pocatello, Idaho, lived in Moses Lake, Washington for five years, spent three years in Danville, California and graduated high school in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I got my undergraduate degree in law and constitutional studies from Utah State University. I went to law school at Gonzaga University School of law. Since graduating law school in 2009 I have lived in South Jordan, Utah. I work for the law firm Cohne, Rappaport & Segal, in downtown Salt Lake City. I have been a huge sports fan all of my life. My sports of choice are pro and college basketball, pro and college football, major league baseball, golf, World Cup Soccer, and the Olympics. In college my teams are Utah State and Gonzaga, my two alma maters. I am also a big University of Michigan fan. I am often asked why since I have never lived in Michigan and did not go to school there. I was 9 years old during the days of Desmond Howard and the Fab 5. That is my answer. I went to my first Michigan football game in the Big House this last season. It was an amazing experience to watch a football game with 115,000 other people. In the pros my teams are the San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Bulls and Chicago Cubs.
I am an amateur sports blogger but an attorney by trade. I practice civil litigation representing small to mid-size companies in a variety of issues including contract and loan enforcement and creation and trademark and brand protection and enforcement. For more go to www.crslaw.com
I have a wonderful wife and four children; two sets of twins to be exact. I have twin boys that are 6 and twin girls that are 4. They are great kids. My boys are up and coming sports fans and my girls are little princesses. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
